These terms are an agreement between you and the developer of Reimagine Home AI ("we", "us") covering your use of the app and the service behind it. By downloading or using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app. How we handle your photos and data is set out separately in the Privacy Policy.

1. What the app does

You give the app a photograph of a room, a building or a garden and describe a change. The app sends it to AI models that produce a new image showing one possible version of that space. That is the whole service: an image. It is a visualisation tool for imagining and communicating ideas.

2. AI results are generated, not accurate — please read this one

Everything the app produces is generated by an AI model. It is an illustration of an idea, not a measurement, a plan, or a promise of what is possible in your actual space.

• Results may change or invent details of your room. Dimensions, proportions, structural elements, load-bearing walls, plumbing, wiring, window and door positions, and the way light falls may all be wrong, even when the result looks convincing.
• Furniture, fittings and materials shown in a result may not exist, may not be available, and may not fit.
• The automated structure check inside the app reduces how often the room's real geometry is altered. It is a helper, not a guarantee. Results may be flagged as unverified.
• Cost estimates in the app are rough planning aids produced by an AI model. They are not quotes, they are not based on your local prices or your contractor's rates, and they should never be relied on for budgeting a real job.
• "Shop the look" shows the app's guess at what an item is, a typical price range for that category, and a search link. It is not an offer, it does not confirm any product exists or is in stock, and we have no commercial relationship with the retailers linked.

Do not use output from this app as the basis for construction, renovation, demolition, structural, electrical, plumbing, safety or purchasing decisions. Before doing any actual work, consult a qualified architect, structural engineer, licensed contractor or other appropriate professional, and rely on their assessment of your real space. We are not liable for costs, damage or loss arising from decisions taken on the basis of a generated image.

3. Design usage

In this version, generation, editing, cost estimates and shop-the-look are not blocked by credit balances or subscription design quotas. We continue recording generation jobs and usage to understand demand.

One-time credit packs are not offered for purchase in this version. Existing purchase records are retained, and previously unfinished purchases can still be processed.

4. Free access

You can generate and save designs with the free styles. Pro styles and watermark-free photo exports require an active subscription.

5. Subscriptions and request limits

Only weekly and yearly subscriptions are offered for Pro styles and watermark-free photo exports. There is no fixed image allowance per billing period in this version. The price and renewal period are shown before you confirm your purchase.

Request rate limits and limits on simultaneous generation jobs protect the service for everyone, including subscribers. If you send requests too quickly, have several designs in progress, or the service is busy, you may need to wait and try again. Generation speed and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed.

6. Billing, renewal and cancellation

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renew, in your device's Settings under your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period runs to its end.
• All purchases are handled by Apple. Refunds are at Apple's discretion under the App Store terms, and we cannot issue them ourselves. If something went wrong on our side, contact us and we will help.
• We may change prices or the contents of a plan. Changes apply from your next renewal, never retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

7. Acceptable use

You are responsible for every photograph you upload. By uploading one you confirm that you own it or have permission from whoever does, and that you have the right to have it edited by an AI service.

Do not upload:

• Photographs you do not have the rights to — including images taken from listings, estate agent sites, catalogues, magazines or other people's social media.
• Photographs of someone else's home or property without their permission.
• Photographs of identifiable people who have not agreed to it. The app is for spaces, not for people.
• Anything sexual, violent, hateful, harassing, or involving minors.
• Anything illegal, or anything uploaded in order to produce something illegal, deceptive or defamatory.
• Other people's private or confidential material — documents, screens, or records visible in the frame.

You also agree not to attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, not to circumvent request limits or subscription checks, and not to resell access to it. We may suspend or refuse service where these terms are breached. Our AI providers apply their own content filters, and a request may be refused by them independently of us.

8. Your images and ours

Your photographs remain yours. We claim no ownership of them, and we use them only to run the service — see the Privacy Policy for exactly where they go.

Subject to these terms, you may use the images the app generates for you, including for personal and commercial purposes. Be aware that AI-generated images may not be protectable by copyright in your jurisdiction, and that a generated image may resemble one produced for another user. We give no warranty that a generated image is free of third-party rights.

The app itself, its name, design, and the software behind it remain ours. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows.

9. Keep your own copies

Uploaded photos and generated images are deleted from our servers within one hour of upload or creation. This limit applies to servers we operate; third-party AI providers have their own retention policies, as explained in our Privacy Policy. The durable copy is the one saved on your device. Save anything you want to keep. We are not a backup service and are not responsible for results you did not save.

10. Availability

The service depends on third-party AI providers and may be unavailable, slow, or degraded at times, including for maintenance. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or renovation, construction or purchasing costs incurred in reliance on a generated image. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and this does not affect any statutory consumer rights you have.

12. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it (remember to cancel any subscription separately, via the App Store). We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached. Sections 2, 8, 11 and 13 survive termination.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version always lives at this address, with the date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. Apple

Apple is not a party to this agreement and has no responsibility for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app. These terms are between you and us alone.
